Yi-Li Lee (2018) was previously a visiting fellow at Global Taiwan Institute. She also has previously been a visiting fellow for the Human Rights Program at Harvard Law School and a visiting scholar at the East Asian Legal Studies Program for the as well Harvard Law School. She has acquired her Ph.D from the College of Law, at the National Taiwan University in 2014. Her research interests are in transitional justice, comparative constitutional law, international humanitarian law, international human rights, and international criminal law. She has also received multiple rewards, for example a postdoctoral research abroad program scholarship from the Ministry of Science and Technology of Taiwan and an Experience America research grant from the Fulbright Foundation.
