Mingmin Yang

Ming-min Yang is Assistant Deputy Executive Director of the Center for International Trade Policy at the Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research and an adjunct assistant professor at National Chengchi University. His research focuses on international trade, economic security, industrial cooperation and diplomacy, cross-Strait relations, comparative politics, and global supply-chain resilience. His current work examines Taiwan’s role in AI and semiconductor networks, trusted technology partnerships, and the emerging Pax Silica framework. He regularly advises government agencies, leads international policy dialogues, and collaborates with think tanks and scholars in Taiwan and abroad. Yang holds a Ph.D. in political science and combines academic research with practical policy engagement.
