Our first public seminar of 2017 was Taiwan’s Energy Strategy and Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific, held on January 18, which focused on Taiwan’s energy strategy. This timely seminar looked at the ways in which Taiwan is trying to re-orient its energy mix and potential opportunities to pursue energy cooperation in the Asia Pacific. Our panel featured Dr. Winston Dang, a former senior government official from Taiwan; author and thought leader Levi Tillemann, and Southeast Asia expert Courtney Weatherby. The panel was moderated by GTI Executive Director Russell Hsiao.
