Bryce C. Barros is an Associate Fellow with GLOBSEC’s GeoTech Center and served as a US Senate National Security Advisor. He has worked at the intersection of the Indo-Pacific, Euro-Atlantic, emerging technology, and national security, spanning government, think tanks, and industry.
