Jillian Mulloy is currently a second year master’s candidate at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, concentrating on International Security and Technology Policy. She is passionate about exploring the intersection of international security, global power dynamics, and emerging technologies, and looks forward to conducting research in Taiwan this upcoming year.
