Julie Yang is Policy Director at the National Center for APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation). She was previously Senior Manager for Korea and Japan at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Manager for International Public Relations at the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA). Julie has a B.A. from Barnard College of Columbia University and an M.S. from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. Julie was also a 2018 delegate for the CSIS Taiwan-U.S. Policy Program. Her research for GTI focuses on Taiwan’s workforce development.
