Tran My Hai Loc is PhD Candidate at Faculty of International Studies, VNU University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. He is also a Visiting Scholar at Tamkang University (New Taipei City, Taiwan) as part of the 2025 Ministry of Foreign Affairs Taiwan Fellowship.
