Daniel Rice is the China Political and Military Strategy Subject Matter Expert at Marine Corps University, and founder and president of the strategic advisory Dong Feng LLC. He is a graduate of the Hopkins-Nanjing Center, spent several years living and working in China, and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
