Hsin-Hsuan Lin

Dr. Hsin-Hsuan Lin (2019) was previously a visiting fellow at the Global Taiwan Institute. Her research interests focus on government information, information privacy, cyber security, and comparative constitutional law. In addition, she is a co-founder and editor-in-chief of KUROSHIO FOCUS (黑潮之聲), new media that aims to network with Taiwanese students studying abroad and is dedicated to in-depth analyses of pressing issues facing Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific region broadly. Dr. Lin obtained her S.J.D. from the University of Virginia in 2019. Dr. Lin also holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws degree from National Taiwan University, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from University of Washington, School of Law.
