Mary Brandt is a second-year graduate student at National Chengchi University in the Asia-Pacific Studies Program (IMAS), based in Taipei, Taiwan. Her GTI research focuses on CCP legal warfare theory and practices, using the case study of the CCP’s self-described “Kinmen Model.” Before studying in Taipei, Mary earned her bachelor’s of arts in History from Stetson University.
