Nien-Ju Tsai (蔡念儒) holds a master’s degree in anthropology from National Taiwan University, and has conducted intensive fieldwork in China. Today, he serves as a research assistant in the National Taitung Living Art Center, where he channels his expertise into understanding and preserving cultural expressions from local communities. His research endeavors focus on cultural policy and vitalization.
