Will Kielm was a program associate at the Global Taiwan Institute. He is a recent graduate from the University of Michigan who majored in public policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy with a concentration in US grand strategy and international relations theory. He has previously interned for the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Scholars, the Center for European Policy Analysis, the Institute for the Study of War, and the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.
