Oskar Stiévenart is a graduate student from the National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He holds a master’s degree in Social Science in Asia-Pacific Affairs from the faculty of the International Master Program in Asia-Pacific Affairs (IMAPA) and specializes in security studies.
