Recording: U.S.-Taiwan Maritime Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific

(Maritime Cooperation Part 1)

(Maritime Cooperation Part 2)

U.S.-Taiwan Maritime Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific was a public seminar held by the Global Taiwan Institute on October 12, 2016. The event explored maritime cooperation between the United States and Taiwan. Our panel featured several defense and maritime security experts, including GTI Senior Research Fellow David An, Ian Easton of the Project 2049 Institute, and Alex Sullivan of the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), in a spirited discussion about past, present and future maritime security issues faced by the United States and Taiwan in the Asia-Pacific. The panel was moderated by GTI Executive Director Russell Hsiao.

Please note: The event went long, so we divided the recording into two parts.
