Yuchen Lee is a Fall 2024 intern at the Global Taiwan Institute. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Global Communications with a concentration in public diplomacy at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. Yuchen is also a Rising Professional Member in the Public Diplomacy Council of America where he assists the council in social media management and multimedia production. Before coming to the U.S., he worked as a multimedia specialist at the Taiwan Digital Diplomacy Association, a Taiwan-based NGO dedicated to promoting Taiwan’s positive image in digital arena. Yuchen’s research interests center on Taiwan’s public diplomacy, nation branding, digital diplomacy as well as the security order in East Asia.
